Big Bambú at Museum of Fine Arts Houston

The Big bambú structure features a spiraling and wavy path that takes visitors into a spacious fifteen-meter room at the Museum of the Finest Arts in Houston. They will be joining more than 3,000 bamboo poles, extending the way up and adding between 15 and 20 additional feet.

This exhibition will be available from September 3, 2018.

It has been described as an evolutionary and complex structure of American artists and brothers Mike and Doug Starn. Installed previously on the roof of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, where it was classified in the world for the total attendance of a contemporary exhibition in 2010.

Tickets, available online and on-site, include access to the Museum’s art collections.
